SHIPPING DURATION
Once you place an order, we'll start making your product, which usually takes 8-10 working days. After that, it'll be delivered to your door. Please understand that once we give your package to the courier, any delays in delivery are out of our control. We promise to get your parcel to the courier on time, but we can't be responsible for any hiccups during transportation.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your product arrives damaged, we've got you covered with an easy return or replacement process. Here's what you need to know:
- You can only return or replace products if they're damaged when they arrive.

- Once we see the damage, we'll get your return or replacement sorted out quickly. Replacement requests usually take 8-10 working days to process. Just a heads up, we only offer replacements, not full refunds.
